Product Description
The Comstock-Castle CCHRB24 countertop gas charbroiler delivers high-output performance with an 80,000 BTU system across a spacious 24" x 22" grill area. Four 20,000 BTU cast iron straight burners work with heavy-duty cast iron radiants to drive fast recovery and consistent sear marks in busy commercial kitchens. An insulated stainless steel frame and stainless steel splash guards are built to handle demanding service.
Put it to work searing steaks, marking chicken, and charring vegetables while the heat-reflector under-burner grease shield helps control drips and cleanup. Four manual controls allow operators to manage sections of the deck for batch cooking or à la minute service. Stable 4" stainless steel legs keep the unit secure on crowded cooklines.
