The Comstock-Castle CCHRB60 countertop gas charbroiler equips commercial kitchens to push volume with consistency. A 60 inch by 22 inch grill area and ten cast iron straight burners, each at 20,000 BTU, provide 200,000 BTU of responsive heat across the cooking surface. Sear steaks, burgers, and skewers simultaneously while maintaining steady ticket flow.
Heavy cast iron radiants and cast iron grates concentrate and distribute heat for reliable results. Ten manual controls create independent zones across the 60 inch span, helping chefs stage proteins and finish to order. Stainless steel splash guards and an insulated stainless steel frame withstand daily service.
A 31 inch deep frame, 13 inch to cook surface, and 4 inch stainless steel legs integrate cleanly on countertops and cooklines. The under-burner grease shield with heat reflector supports cleaner operation during long shifts. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed.
