The Comstock-Castle CS-36EG-C countertop electric griddle helps busy kitchens move faster with precise, even cooking across a broad surface. A 1-inch thick chrome-coated plate retains heat and cleans quickly, while cool-touch knobs protect staff during peak periods.
Three independent temperature controls and a 150°F–450°F range let you sear burgers, brown pancakes, and hold delicate items at the same time. The deep, large-capacity grease drawer streamlines cleanup to keep the line clear and sanitary.
