The Comstock-Castle CS-72MG gas countertop griddle drives productivity with a 72" x 24.5" x 1" polished steel plate built for high-volume, all-day service. Stage breakfast items, smash burgers, and vegetables side-by-side to streamline make-lines and minimize pan changes. Its 72" wide, 33" deep frame integrates smoothly on chef’s counters and cook suites.
Maintain a cleaner line with a front grease trough feeding two large removable drawers, while a double welded splash guard along the inner seams and underneath helps contain splatter. A stainless steel exterior stands up to daily wear, and adjustable feet help level the unit for optimal runoff and plate contact.
Dial in heat with reliable brass manual control valves and keep pace during peak periods with a robust 180,000 BTU total input.
