Product Description
This electric 24-inch restaurant range streamlines workflow with four 2 kW hobs for coordinated cooking across multiple pans within a 24-inch form factor. A full oven measuring 20.1" x 22.4" x 13.8", providing interior space measuring 20.1 inches by 22.4 inches by 13.8 inches, includes two oven racks, and a thermostat control from 150°F to 550°F enables precise temperature management from low to high heat. The stainless steel front, back, and shelf, along with galvanized sides, present a clean, cohesive exterior for the range.
Galvanized sides and 6-inch legs with adjustable feet help achieve a stable, level installation at the point of use. With 13 total kW and 37.5 amps at 208V/3ph, the unit delivers consistent electric performance suited to three-phase electrical service. It is cCSAus and CSA Sanitation listed.
