Its 36" wide x 30.2" deep frame with flue back pairs (2) 25,000 BTU cast iron sauté burners and (2) 12" x 12" cast iron grates with a 24" x 20.8" x 3/4" thick, smooth high-polish griddle plate.
Coordinate multiple tickets with ease: simmer sauces or sauté vegetables on the hotplate while searing burgers or browning pancakes on the griddle. Four manual controls create independent work zones, and standing pilot ignition keeps stations ready for fast turns.
Built for daily service, the stainless steel exterior cleans quickly and stainless steel legs with adjustable, non-skid feet help level and stabilize the unit. A 3/4" gas connection and 110,000 total BTU support high-throughput workflows, and cETLus and ETL Sanitation listings aid compliance. It ships set for natural gas at sea level and includes an LP gas conversion kit for versatility.
