Set two independent zones with (2) thermostat controls to sear proteins while gently cooking eggs, pancakes, or vegetables. A 3" splash guard on the back and ends helps contain splatter, and the 4-1/2" wide front grease trough with a large removable drawer streamlines cleanup between tickets.
An aluminized steel exterior and 64,000 BTU total input equip this unit for busy cooklines and high-turn menus.
