The Comstock-Castle ERB18 countertop gas charbroiler brings high-output grilling to tight kitchen spaces. A 36,000 BTU rating and an 18" W x 20" D grill area help keep orders moving during rush periods. Cast iron grates can be used flat or sloped to match product needs and presentation.
Two manual controls let operators dial in heat for different items as the board changes. Beneath the grates, inverted "V" angle iron radiants deliver the radiant heat chefs rely on for consistent searing. A stainless steel frame with stainless steel splash guards stands up to daily service and streamlines cleanup.
Put it to work searing burgers, finishing steaks, or adding grill marks to vegetables and skewers before plating. NSF listing supports foodservice standards across restaurants, campuses, and corporate kitchens.
