The Comstock-Castle ERB30 countertop gas charbroiler delivers a 30" W x 20" D grill area powered by 72,000 BTU for high-throughput service. Heavy-duty cast iron grates are reversible for flat or sloped grilling to match menu needs. Inverted "V" angle iron radiants position focused radiant heat beneath the grates to support consistent production.
Four manual controls create independent heat zones, letting chefs sear steaks, finish chicken, and grill vegetables at the same time. A stainless steel frame paired with stainless steel splash guards stands up to busy lines and streamlines cleanup between turns. The 27-1/2" deep frame provides substantial grilling capacity in a compact, countertop footprint.
