The Comstock-Castle ERB36-B countertop gas charbroiler powers through peak service with 90,000 BTU and a generous 36" W x 20" D grill area. Heavy cast iron inverted "V" radiants and cast iron top grates promote steady heat across the surface for repeatable results. Set it on your line to handle burgers, steaks, chicken, and vegetables without slowing the pass.
Six manual controls create independent zones so chefs can sear, finish, and hold on a single platform. Configure the grates sloped or flat to match product and technique, from quick-marking proteins to delicate vegetables. A 30.25" deep stainless steel frame and 4" adjustable feet help the unit integrate neatly with surrounding equipment and maintain level, safe operation.
