The Comstock-Castle F318-1RB 24" gas range streamlines a tight cookline with two high-performance star burners, a 12" char-broiler, and a compact space-saver oven in one footprint. Deliver up to 98,000 BTU to sear, sauté, grill, and bake without slowing service. 12" square cast iron grates support full-size pans while transferring heat efficiently.
Use the char-broiler’s iron radiants to produce appetizing grill marks on burgers, chicken, or vegetables, then move finished items to the oven for finishing or holding. The enamel-lined cavity promotes quick cleanup and consistent results, and the included rack supports common sheet pans.
Built for the rigors of daily service, this unit features a stainless steel exterior, a 7" high backguard, and 6" stainless steel legs for clearance under the base. At 37" to the cook surface, operators can work comfortably during busy rushes. NSF and cETLus certifications support code compliance.
