Its 3/4" thick, 24" griddle plate and stainless steel mesh flame spreader promote even heat for consistent searing, browning, and holding. Use the 18" x 18" rack below the griddle to melt cheese, glaze proteins, or finish sandwiches on the same station.
Operators can stage pans on the high back riser & shelf, while the open front cabinet base keeps essentials within reach. A single manual control simplifies operation, and the 37" cook-surface height supports ergonomic workflows during rush periods. Durable 6" stainless steel legs provide clearance for cleaning and easy leveling.
