The Comstock-Castle F3218-12 48" gas range consolidates high-output cooking on a compact footprint, pairing six 24,000 BTU star burners with a 12" griddle and two space-saver ovens. This configuration streamlines the line, letting teams move from sauté to sear to bake without breaking workflow. With 214,000 total BTU, it maintains pace during peak service.
Sear proteins over 12" square cast iron grates for even pan support, then finish in the enamel-lined ovens for reliable results and easy cleanup. Use the 3/4" thick griddle with manual controls to dial in smash burgers, pancakes, or quesadillas throughout the day. Each oven includes a rack to stage roasts, sheet pans, or au gratin sides.
Built with a stainless steel exterior and high shelf, this station keeps tools close and stands up to daily wear. 6" stainless steel legs set the cook surface at 37", aiding comfort and clearance for cleaning underneath. NSF and cETLus listings support specification in regulated facilities.
