The Comstock-Castle F3218-24-1RB commercial gas range unifies a 48-inch cooktop and dual ovens to streamline high-volume production. Equip your line with burners, a 24-inch griddle, and a 12-inch char-broiler to execute diverse menus from breakfast to dinner.
Two 24,000 BTU star burners with 12-inch square cast iron grates deliver responsive heat for sautés, sauces, and searing. The 3/4-inch thick griddle with manual controls maintains even temperatures for pancakes, smash burgers, and quesadillas.
A dedicated char-broiler with iron radiants produces appetizing grill marks and flavor on steaks, chicken, or vegetables while ovens handle roasting and baking. Built with a stainless exterior, 7-inch backguard, and 6-inch legs, the unit sets a 37-inch cook height and totals 163,000 BTU to support efficient workflows on a compact footprint.
