The Comstock-Castle F3218-24-2RB gas range combines a 24" griddle, 24" char-broiler, and two space-saver ovens in a 48" footprint to streamline busy cooklines. Deliver 140,000 BTU of cooking power to handle simultaneous searing, grilling, and baking without reshuffling stations.
Griddle breakfast favorites on the 3/4" thick, manual-control plate, grill steaks and vegetables on the char-broiler with iron radiants, then finish or hold in the enamel-lined ovens. This flexible layout helps chefs and operators stage tickets efficiently during peak periods.
A stainless steel exterior with a 7" backguard and 6" legs supports durable daily use and easy cleanup, while the 37" cook surface height promotes comfortable workflow. NSF and cETLus certifications support safety and sanitation programs for foodservice operations and facilities.
