Ignite two 24,000 BTU star burners beneath 12-inch square cast iron grates to support stockpots and sauté pans with steady, even heat. The 3/4-inch-thick manual griddle spreads and holds heat for pancakes, smash burgers, and vegetables across service.
Bake, roast, or finish in enamel-lined ovens, each supplied with a rack for flexible pan placement and quick changeovers.
