Fire up two 24,000 BTU star burners beneath 12-inch square cast iron grates to sear proteins, reduce sauces, or hold stockpots steadily. A 36-inch char-broiler with iron radiants spreads heat evenly for consistent grill marks on steaks, chicken, and vegetables. Operators can move from pan to grate without leaving the station.
