The Comstock-Castle F3218-4RB gas range combines a full 48-inch char-broiler with two space-saver ovens to keep high-volume lines moving. Grill, roast, and bake in one footprint to streamline production and conserve valuable cookline space.
Use the 48-inch char-broiler with iron radiants to sear steaks, finish vegetables, or mark proteins with consistent, direct heat across the width. The ovens feature enamel door and bottom linings and include one rack per cavity with three positions to stage sides, hold pans, or finish batches.
A stainless steel exterior with a 7-inch high backguard stands up to daily use and simplifies wipe-downs, while 6-inch stainless legs provide sturdy installation. A 37-inch cook-surface height supports ergonomic workflow, and the 150,000 BTU gas output supplies the power busy restaurants, caterers, and institutions depend on.
