Use the 24" raised, 3/4" plate griddle with manual control for consistent browning, while the stainless steel mesh flame spreader and 18" x 18" rack below handle finishing and cheesemelting. The 12" char-broiler with iron radiants delivers appetizing grill marks on proteins and vegetables.
Bake sides or batch-roast in two standard ovens (26.5" W x 21.5" D) with enamel door and bottom linings; each includes a rack with three positions for flexible loading.
