The Comstock-Castle F3226-24 is a 60" commercial gas range built to streamline high-volume cooking. Pair six star burners with a 24" griddle to fire sauté pans, sear proteins, and handle breakfast favorites all at once. Two standard ovens expand production, letting teams roast, bake, or finish while the line keeps moving.
Drive heat with six 24,000 BTU burners under 12" square cast iron grates for stable pan support and even transfer. The 3/4" thick griddle plate with manual controls maintains temperature for consistent browning across a wide surface. Shift effortlessly from sauté to griddle to oven to tighten ticket times during peak service.
A stainless steel exterior with back riser and high shelf supports organized mise and easy cleanup. Enamel-lined ovens and one rack per cavity help crews rotate sheet pans and casseroles efficiently. With 6" stainless steel legs and a 37" cook-surface height, this range promotes comfortable workflow, and its 244,000 BTU input is ready for demanding kitchens.
