The Comstock-Castle F3226-24B is a 60-inch gas range built to drive high-volume production across the line. Six 24,000 BTU star burners with 12-inch square cast iron grates power through sautéing, searing, and boiling. A 24-inch raised griddle/broiler with a 3/4-inch plate and manual controls expands your menu for breakfast, burgers, and quick finishing.
Two standard ovens with enamel linings handle roasting and baking while the top stays open for à la minute work, streamlining ticket flow. The stainless steel exterior, back riser, and high shelf consolidate tools and pans and simplify wipe-downs between rushes. Sturdy 6-inch stainless steel legs provide clearance for cleaning and stable placement on the cookline.
Totaling 234,000 BTU, this range delivers the firepower busy restaurants, cafeterias, and commissaries need. Cook-surface heights of 37 and 40 inches suit different tasks on the line. NSF and cETLus compliance supports safety and sanitation goals in professional kitchens.
