Use the 36" griddle for eggs, pancakes, or smash burgers while the 24" char-broiler handles steaks, chicken, and vegetables to order. The 3/4" thick griddle plate stores and distributes heat for consistent results, and manual controls let cooks fine-tune surface output throughout service.
