The Comstock-Castle F3226-36 gas range unites a 36" griddle, four 24,000 BTU star burners, and two enamel-lined ovens in a 60" footprint. Chefs can boil, sauté, and sear on the burners while staging high-volume breakfasts or burgers on the 3/4"-thick plate. Bake or roast simultaneously in the standard ovens to streamline ticket times.
Heavy-duty 12" square cast iron grates distribute heat and support large stock pots. A stainless steel exterior with back riser and high shelf organizes tools and protects walls, while 6" stainless steel legs set a stable base. The cook surface stands 37" high to promote ergonomic workflow on the line.
