The Comstock-Castle F3226-36B gas range equips busy kitchens with a 60-inch, multi-station platform built for pace and precision. Four 24,000 BTU star burners with 12-inch square cast iron grates accommodate full-size pots and pans for searing, sautéing, and rapid boil work. Chefs can move seamlessly from burners to the adjacent stations to keep tickets flowing.
A 36-inch raised griddle/broiler with a 3/4-inch thick plate and manual controls helps dial in results for burgers, breakfast items, and finishing melts. The elevated configuration reserves prime burner real estate while expanding the menu with griddle and broiler applications.
Two standard ovens with enamel lining handle baking and roasting tasks as service ramps up. A stainless steel exterior with back riser and high shelf supports tool organization on the line, while 6-inch stainless steel legs provide a sturdy stance.
