Four 24,000 BTU star burners with 12" square cast iron grates drive rapid boils, steady simmers, and pan work. A 36" char-broiler with iron radiants sears steaks, chops, and vegetables without leaving the station.
Two standard ovens with enamel linings handle roasting, baking, and finishing, letting teams stage courses simultaneously. The 37" cook surface height supports comfortable workflows through long shifts. Chefs can move from sauces to grill marks to oven finishes on one platform to speed service.
A stainless steel exterior with a 7" backguard streamlines wipe-downs and maintains a professional look. 6" stainless steel legs provide sturdy support and clearance for cleaning. With 183,000 total BTU and NSF, cETLus compliance, it fits high-volume foodservice operations and inspection requirements.
