The Comstock-Castle F3226-5RB gas range unites a full-width char-broiler with two standard ovens to streamline high-volume cooking. Chefs can grill proteins and vegetables on the expansive 60" deck while baking or roasting below to consolidate stations and reduce steps. A 185,000 BTU output supports quick recovery during peak service.
Iron radiants under the 60" char-broiler distribute heat evenly for consistent searing and appetizing grill marks. Each oven includes one rack with three positions, letting operators stage sheet pans, casseroles, or holding trays for efficient batch work. Enamel door & bottom linings simplify cleanup between turns.
Built with a stainless steel exterior, a 7" high backguard, and 6" stainless steel legs, this unit stands up to daily demands and wipes down quickly.
