Maximize line efficiency with the Comstock-Castle F33-36B, a 36-inch gas range that combines a full 36-inch griddle with an integrated cheesemelter-broiler. A 3/4-inch plate paired with a stainless steel mesh flame spreader helps deliver uniform heat across the cooking surface.
Harness 60,000 BTU to sear proteins, brown pancakes, or finish melts on the 33" x 18" rack positioned below the griddle. Two manual controls let operators dial in heat as tickets surge from breakfast through late-night service.
An open front cabinet base, back riser, and high shelf streamline staging and plate-up, while the stainless steel exterior stands up to daily use. With a 37-inch cook surface height and 6-inch stainless steel legs, the F33-36B supports comfortable workflow and straightforward cleaning in busy commercial kitchens.
