The Comstock-Castle F330-12-1RB 36" gas range brings multiple cooking methods to a single footprint, combining open burners, a griddle, a char-broiler, and a standard oven. This layout streamlines workflow for chefs and foodservice operators who need to move from sauté to grill to bake without breaking pace. Put it to work on high-volume lines, ghost kitchens, and cafeteria cooklines.
Two 24,000 BTU star burners with 12" square cast iron grates handle stockpots, reductions, and rapid boils. A 12" wide, 3/4" thick griddle with manual controls supports breakfast production, searing, and finishing. The 12" char-broiler with iron radiants delivers the grill station you need for burgers, poultry, or vegetables.
An enamel-lined standard oven adds capacity for roasting and baking while the line stays moving. The stainless steel exterior, welded frame, 7" high backguard, and 6" stainless steel legs provide a sturdy, cleanable station at a 37" cook-surface height.
