The Comstock-Castle F330-12-2RB is a 36" gas range designed to consolidate grilling, griddling, and baking into a compact footprint. With 110,000 BTU of power, it equips busy lines to move from searing to finishing without breaking stride. Pair the 12" griddle and 24" char-broiler with the standard oven to keep orders flowing.
Grill signature steaks, burgers, or vegetables over the 24" char-broiler’s iron radiants while the 3/4" thick, 12" griddle with manual controls handles eggs, pancakes, or quick sears. Use the standard oven’s enamel door and bottom linings for baking, roasting, or holding, and adjust the single rack across three positions to fit changing pan loads.
A stainless steel exterior, welded frame, and 7" high backguard deliver durability and easy cleanup. The 37" height to the cook surface supports comfortable workflow, and 6" stainless steel legs simplify cleaning underneath. A 2" clearance rating and NSF, ETL, and cETLus listings support compliant installation in professional kitchens.
