The Comstock-Castle F330-24 36" gas range merges two star burners, a 24" griddle, and an extra-wide oven to streamline line cooking. Chefs can sear, sauté, and griddle on a compact footprint while maintaining consistent heat. Solid construction supports daily peak service.
Two 24,000 BTU star burners with 12" square cast iron grates deliver strong, even heat for stockpots and sauté pans. A 24" wide, 3/4" thick griddle with manual controls holds temperature for eggs, burgers, or toasted buns throughout the rush.
The enamel-lined 31" oven with one rack bakes and roasts with easy cleanup. A stainless steel exterior, welded frame, back riser with high shelf, and 6" legs support a tidy, efficient station. With a 37" cook-surface height, 118,000 BTU total output, and a 2" clearance rating, it fits busy foodservice workflows.
