The Comstock-Castle F330-24B 36" gas range consolidates multi-station cooking into a compact footprint to keep the line moving. Two 24,000 BTU star burners with 12" square cast iron grates deliver steady heat for stockpots, sauté work, and hard sears. This setup helps crews boil, sauté, and finish orders efficiently during peak service.
Expand production with the 24" raised griddle/broiler featuring a 3/4" thick plate and manual controls. Use it to sear proteins, toast breads, or quickly broil finishes to order.
The extra-wide 31" oven with an enamel lining and one rack accommodates large pans while simplifying cleanup. A stainless steel exterior, welded frame, and back riser with high shelf support daily durability and organized workflow. Set on 6" stainless steel legs with cooking surfaces at 37" and 40", this unit carries a 2" clearance rating and totals 118,000 BTU, and is NSF and cETLus listed.
