The Comstock-Castle F33018-1RB-24B gas range combines high-output burners, a raised griddle-cheesemelter, a char-broiler, and two ovens in a 60" footprint to streamline line service. Chefs can sear, broil, griddle, and bake at once to consolidate stations and reduce steps. Well suited for restaurants, catering operations, and institutional kitchens managing varied menus.
Four 24,000 BTU star burners with 12" square cast iron grates handle stockpots and sauté work. The 24" raised griddle-cheesemelter features a 3/4" plate, a single manual control, and a stainless steel mesh flame spreader for controlled finishing. It also includes an 18" x 18" rack below the griddle.
A 12" char-broiler with iron radiants expands menu flexibility for steaks, burgers, and vegetables. Dual ovens—31" and 19" wide—with enamel door and bottom linings support roasting and baking, each with one rack and three positions. A stainless steel exterior, welded frame, 7" backguard, and 6" legs are built for daily service; total input is 206,000 BTU.
