Two 24,000 BTU star burners with 12" square cast iron grates deliver steady heat for sautéing, simmering, and boiling. An 18" wide, 3/4" thick griddle with manual controls holds temperature for breakfast items, sandwiches, and smash burgers. The 18" char-broiler with iron radiants produces appetizing grill marks and consistent caramelization.
The enamel-lined oven is extra wide at 31" to handle large batches while simplifying cleanup. A stainless steel exterior with a 7" backguard and 6" legs withstands daily use and aids cleanability.
