Six 24,000 BTU star burners with 12" square cast iron grates handle stock pots, skillets, and saucepans without crowding. Use the dedicated 12" char-broiler with iron radiants to finish steaks, burgers, or vegetables without leaving the line.
An extra-wide 31" oven with enamel door and bottom linings supports batch roasting and baking. The included rack offers three positions to stage pans for browning, holding, or high-heat work. This layout streamlines ticket flow during peak service.
A stainless steel exterior with a 7" backguard stands up to daily cleaning, while the 37" cook surface height supports comfortable, repeatable motions. A 10" cabinet base, enclosed on three sides with a galvanized interior, keeps tools and sheet pans close. With 199,000 total BTU and NSF, cETLus compliance, this range fits demanding commercial duty.
