Built for demanding line service, the Comstock-Castle F3430-24B gas range streamlines multi-station cooking in a 48-inch footprint. Four 24,000 BTU star burners with 12-inch square cast iron grates handle searing, sautéing, and stock work without crowding.
Stage proteins on the burners while you grill on the 24-inch x 3/4-inch raised griddle, then finish melts on the integrated cheesemelter with an 18-inch by 18-inch melting rack below. The extra-wide 31-inch oven with enamel lining and one rack supports roasting, finishing pans, or holding trays during service.
Durable stainless steel construction, back riser, and high shelf stand up to daily use and keep tools within reach, while the 10-inch cabinet base (enclosed on three sides with a galvanized interior) organizes pans and smallwares. Two 3/4-inch gas connections and 6-inch stainless steel legs support straightforward installation and cleaning, and the 146,000 BTU system is NSF listed for professional kitchens.
