The Comstock-Castle F3430-2RB is a 48-inch commercial gas range combining four 24,000 BTU star burners, a 24-inch charbroiler, and an extra-wide 31-inch enamel-lined oven. Built for busy operations, it helps chefs and foodservice teams cook, grill, and bake at once to maintain an efficient line.
Sear steaks, burgers, and vegetables on the iron-radiant charbroiler while you boil, sauté, or simmer on durable 12-inch square cast iron grates. The enamel-lined oven supports batch roasting and baking and simplifies cleanup between services.
A stainless steel exterior with a 7-inch high backguard resists wear and wipes clean, and 6-inch stainless steel legs set a 37-inch cook-surface height for ergonomic workflow. NSF and cETLus compliance supports safety requirements for restaurants, caterers, and facility kitchens.
