The Comstock-Castle FHP24-1RB brings dual-cooking versatility to tight lines with a 24" x 28" countertop gas frame. Two 24,000 BTU star burners power sautéing, boiling, and finishing, while a 12" x 21" charbroiler area handles searing and grill marks. With a total of 73,000 BTU, it supports busy service across varied menus.
Built for daily use, this unit features cast iron grates over iron radiants and stainless steel splash guards on three sides. Insulated stainless steel exterior sides add durability, and 5" stainless steel legs provide a solid working height. The straightforward layout helps staff move efficiently from pan work to the grill.
Three manual controls make operation simple for line cooks and prep teams.
