The Comstock-Castle FHP24-24 countertop gas griddle equips busy kitchens with a 24" x 21" cooking surface on a 3/4" thick, highly polished steel plate. It spreads heat evenly and recovers quickly, helping teams sear burgers, toast buns, and brown hash browns with consistent results. A compact 24" wide x 28" deep frame keeps capacity high while conserving line space.
Operators dial in production with two manual controls that establish separate heat zones for eggs on one side and proteins on the other. A 4" splash guard on the back and ends contains spatter, while a 3-1/2" front grease trough and a removable grease drawer speed cleanup and reduce downtime.
Built for commercial duty, the griddle features a stainless steel exterior and durable 4" stainless steel legs for stable placement. With 40,000 BTU of gas-fired performance and NSF and ETL compliance, the FHP24-24 supports efficient, high-volume service in restaurants, cafeterias, and institutional kitchens.
