Accelerate line service with the Comstock-Castle FHP24-24T countertop gas griddle. A 24-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep, 3/4-inch-thick polished steel plate offers a generous cooking zone sized for burgers, pancakes, and eggs.
Dial in heat with thermostatic controls, then sear, toast, and finish menu items to order. A 4-inch splash guard on the back and ends helps contain splatter, while the 3-1/2-inch front grease trough channels runoff to a large removable drawer to speed changeovers.
Built for busy stations, the 28-inch-deep frame, insulated stainless steel sides, and 5-inch stainless steel legs stand up to daily use and simplify sanitation. With 40,000 BTU and NSF, ETL listings, it integrates confidently into high-volume kitchens, cafés, and catering setups.
