The Comstock-Castle FHP30-1.5RB combines a hot plate and charbroiler in a compact 30-inch countertop gas footprint to streamline busy cooklines. Sear proteins on the charbroiler while boiling stocks or sautéing sides on the star burners to accelerate ticket times and reduce equipment overlap.
Drive consistent results with two 24,000 BTU star burners and an 18" x 21" charbroiler area featuring cast iron grates and iron radiants. Stainless steel splash guards on three sides help contain flare-ups and mess, while four manual controls let you manage each zone independently for precise workflow.
Well-suited for restaurants, cafes, ghost kitchens, and catering operations, this space-saving unit supports high-output production without sacrificing control.
