The Comstock-Castle FHP30-30 countertop gas griddle helps streamline production with a 30" x 21" cooking surface set on a compact 30" x 28" frame. Its 3/4" thick griddle plate promotes even heating for reliable results across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Ideal for eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, and seared proteins, it supports consistent output in busy commercial kitchens.
Four manual controls and 72,000 BTU empower operators to create independent heat zones for simultaneous cooking tasks. A 4" splash guard on the back and ends contains splatter, while the 3-1/2" front grease trough funnels runoff into a large removable grease drawer to speed end-of-shift cleanup.
Built for durability, the stainless steel exterior and 4" stainless steel legs stand up to high-volume use and simplify wipe-downs. NSF and ETL listings support foodservice compliance and provide confidence during inspections.
