Its 30 inch wide by 21 inch deep, 3/4 inch thick plate is powered by four burners delivering 72,000 BTU to keep breakfast, lunch, and dinner moving. The compact 30 inch wide by 28 inch deep frame fits busy cooklines while maximizing production space.
Set two independent cooking zones with dual thermostat controls—hold eggs and pancakes on one side while searing burgers or onions on the other. A 4 inch splash guard on the back and ends helps contain splatter, and a 3-1/2 inch front grease trough channels runoff efficiently. The large removable grease drawer speeds end-of-shift cleanup.
