The Comstock-Castle FHP36-24B brings hotplate, griddle, and cheesemelter capability to a single, 36-inch-wide countertop footprint. Two 24,000 BTU star burners with cast iron grates handle stock pots and sauté pans, while a 24" x 21" x 3/4" griddle plate sears proteins and toasts buns.
Use the pull-out lower cheesemelter rack with a stainless steel mesh radiant to finish melts, glaze entrées, or brown casseroles on the fly. Three manual controls let cooks stage multiple orders at once and balance heat across stations.
A stainless steel exterior stands up to daily service and wipes down quickly between rushes. With 78,000 BTU total output, a countertop design, no legs, and (2) gas connections, this combination unit supports fast-paced line workflows where space and speed matter.
