Put a 24" x 21" x 3/4" thick griddle to work for eggs, pancakes, and searing, while the adjoining 12" x 21" charbroiler handles burgers, chicken, and vegetables. Cast iron grates can be set for sloped or flat grilling, with an iron radiant beneath the broiler surface.
Dial in exact results with two thermostatic griddle controls and a dedicated manual control for the charbroiler. Stainless steel splash guards on three sides and a stainless exterior speed cleanup between rushes, while 4" stainless legs provide clearance. Deliver steady output with 65,000 BTU performance, supported by NSF and ETL listings for commercial kitchens.
