The Comstock-Castle FHP36-36 countertop gas griddle streamlines high-volume cooking for busy lines. A 36" wide by 21" deep plate with 3/4" thickness supports quick sears and steady batch production, from pancakes and eggs to smash burgers and vegetables. The 36" x 28" frame fits neatly on a cookline while providing ample working space.
Three manual controls let chefs run independent heat zones for staging breakfast items, holding tortillas, or finishing proteins to order. A 60,000 BTU output delivers the throughput operators need during peaks. Four-inch splash guards on the back and ends help contain messes and maintain a cleaner line.
An integrated 3-1/2" front grease trough guides runoff into a large removable drawer to speed between-service cleanup. A stainless steel exterior and 4" stainless legs stand up to daily use for foodservice operators and facility teams focused on durable, efficient equipment.
