The Comstock-Castle FHP36-36T countertop gas griddle equips busy kitchens with a broad 36" x 21" cooking surface on a 3/4" thick plate. This robust build supports high-volume searing, browning, and holding without slowing down. A compact 36" W x 28" D frame fits neatly on the line.
Dial in three thermostat controls to create independent zones powered by 60,000 BTU. Fry eggs while searing steaks, or toast buns next to sautéed vegetables to streamline the rush. Operators can stage menus efficiently across breakfast, lunch, and late-night service.
Control mess and speed cleanup with 4" splash guards on the back and ends, a 3-1/2" front grease trough, and a large removable grease drawer. The stainless steel exterior and 4" stainless steel legs stand up to daily use and make station maintenance straightforward.
