Grill proteins over an 18" x 21" charbroiler while executing eggs, pancakes, or smash burgers on a 24" x 21" griddle. Dual control sets—two thermostatic for the griddle and two manual for the charbroiler—let chefs dial in zones for breakfast, lunch, or dinner with an efficient 80,000 BTU output.
Cast iron grates and iron radiants deliver dependable searing, with grates that can be set sloped or flat to match your menu. Stainless steel splash guards, a durable stainless exterior, and 4" stainless legs help contain messes and simplify cleanup in busy kitchens.
