Its 42" W x 28" D frame pairs two 24,000 BTU star burners with cast iron grates and a 30" W x 21" D, 3/4" thick griddle plate. Consolidate sautéing, searing, and flat-top production in one station to streamline workflow.
Six manual controls provide independent heat settings for the burners and griddle, helping crews stage multiple tickets at once. Put stock pots and saucepans over the open burners while the griddle turns out eggs, pancakes, sandwiches, or burgers.
