Dial in repeatable results on the 30 inch by 21 inch, 3/4 inch thick griddle using two thermostatic controls, while the 12 inch by 21 inch charbroiler’s manual control lets you fine-tune flame for signature char marks. Cast iron grates set sloped or flat over iron radiants deliver consistent heat, powered by a total of 97,000 BTU to keep pace during peak service.
A stainless steel exterior and splash guards on three sides help contain mess and speed wipe-downs between tickets. Four-inch stainless steel legs provide a sturdy, professional stance on the counter, and NSF and ETL listings support code compliance for foodservice operations.
