The Comstock-Castle FHP42-30T hotplate/griddle combination equips busy commercial kitchens with flexible, high-output cooking on a compact footprint. On a 42" wide by 28" deep frame, two 24,000 BTU star burners with cast iron grates work alongside a 30" wide by 21" deep, 3/4" thick griddle to handle multiple techniques at once.
Direct the line with independent zones: two thermostatic griddle controls and two manual burner controls help dial in exact temperatures for consistent results. With 120,000 BTU total output, you can sear proteins on the griddle while simmering sauces or boiling water on the hotplate to keep tickets moving.
